The time needed also depends on the era, location, and the number of subjects you want us to research. After receipt, we will review your information and quote you within 1-2 working days. Upon acceptance, we will send you an invoice via email with a link to make payment via card or PayPal account. All invoices need to be paid before we carry out any research.

1. We accept payment via bank transfer, cheque, PayPal and credit and debit card (via our PayPal account). We can accept PayPal and card payments in EUR, GPB and USD; other payments are EUR only.
2. You can cancel for a full refund before we have commenced work on your research, but once we have started we will no longer be able to provide any refunds.
