A starter research package costs €390/$450. You should choose this option if you want us to help you get started, research a particular source or need help with a research challenge. A starter package is however limited in its scope and whilst we will attempt to find the answer you are looking for, depending on the question, period and resource this might not always be possible. This is why, after receipt of your order, we will assess your question and only accept if we believe there is a reasonable chance of success.

If we do, we will send you an invoice within 1-2 working days via email with a link to make payment via card or PayPal account. All invoices need to be paid before we carry out any research.

Notes:
1. We accept payment via bank transfer, cheque, PayPal and credit and debit card (via our PayPal account). We can accept PayPal and card payments in EUR, GPB and USD; other payments are EUR only.
2. You can cancel for a full refund before we have commenced work on your research, but once we have started we will no longer be able to provide any refunds.
